Description
KJ-9200SA is a specially designed sag control agent based on moidified thermosetting acrylic resin including fine crystalline needles of urea structure. When used in industrial coatings including metallic pigments, KG-9200SA can impart excellent orientation of metallic pigments, adhesion and flexibility. KJ-9200SA has a good compatibility with almost all base resins commonly used for coatings, particularly with CAB(Cellulose Acetate Butyrate) resin.

- Viscosity(25°C) : Brookfield, RVT / 60 RPM - 10~40 Poise / 6 RPM - 50 ~ 250 Poise
- Solvent : Kocosol 100 / Butyl Acetate / PM Solvent = 70/21/9
Incorporation
It is not advicable to add KJ-9200SA at grinding stage of coatings formulation as this will reduce the efficiency of the sag control agent. For maximum efficiency, add KJ-9200SA at the let down stage.
Storage
KJ-9200SA should be stored in the tightly closed original container at temperature below 30°C. Avoid exposure to heat source and direct sunlight. Under recommended storage condition, KJ-9200SA may be stored up to 12 months.
Packaging
180 Kgs in 220L steel drum, possible to pack in open drum on customer's requirement.
